Faith Formation

Registration, classes, attendance and sacrament milestones for every child.

  • Families
  • Catechists
  • Parish office
  • Youth ministers

Faith Formation is where a parish teaches its children and youth. Antiphona covers the whole year: registration and payment in the fall, attendance each week, and the sacraments at the end.

One dashboard for the family

  • See each child's attendance, sacrament preparation and class summaries.
  • Follow the payment plan and pay the next installment.
  • RSVP to a parent meeting and add it to your calendar.
  • Find the family pickup code for class night.
  • Send a baptism or First Communion certificate from a phone.

Register in a few minutes

  • Register in seven steps: welcome, contacts, children, terms and waivers, financial options, and review and pay.
  • See the program dates, the class times in English and Spanish, and the fee before you start.
  • Pay in full or on a payment plan, and ask for financial assistance in the same visit.

What staff can do

  • See every registration with its status and its payment: enrolled, pending, scholarship review, withdrawn, past due.
  • Search and filter by grade and payment, and export the list to a spreadsheet.
  • Enroll a student by hand. Switch between the Kids and Youth cohorts.
  • Work the waitlist, watch seat capacity, and find families stuck before payment.
  • Track Confirmation and First Communion milestones, review certificates, and schedule parent meetings.
  • Set up the program year, read the finance view, and print name badges and sign-in sheets.

At the door

On class night, a volunteer uses a tablet kiosk. They search for a child by name or student ID, and tap Check in. At the end of class, the family's pickup code releases the child. If a family forgets the code, a staff PIN covers it.
