A parish is made of its ministries. Antiphona gives each one a home: a page for people to find it, and a dashboard for the leader to run it.

Find and join a ministry

  • Search the directory, and filter it by category: liturgical, music, service, youth, prayer and more.
  • See each ministry's leaders and how many members it has.
  • Join or leave with one tap, and choose whether the ministry may email or text you. A My Ministries view lists the ones you joined.
  • Scan a QR code at an event to join on the spot.

Talk with your team

Members read the ministry's message feed and reply in a thread. A leader can post a message to the whole group, by email or by text.

What leaders can do

  • Share a QR code and a link that send sign-ups straight to the ministry.
  • Keep the roster: invite a person, change a role, remove a member, and print or export the list. See how each member likes to be contacted.
  • Post announcements and send messages.
  • Request an event, make a short link, ask for a payment link, and attach a form.
  • Read analytics for the ministry.

What staff can do
