Guest Registration

A way in for visitors, with a path to full membership.

Not everyone who comes to a parish event is a parishioner. Guest Registration lets a visitor sign up without joining the parish.

Create a guest account

  • Enter an email address. The app sends a code to that address, and the visitor types it in.
  • Add a name, a phone number, an address and a home faith community.
  • Then the visitor can register for events, such as Vacation Bible School.

Add your children

Children are optional, and a parent can add them later. The app shows which program each child may join: Vacation Bible School camper, teen volunteer or childcare.

Two parents can link their guest accounts with an invite code, so each child appears once. Nothing is shared until someone in the group approves.

Become a parishioner later

A guest who joins the parish registers the family in one short form. The app already has the name and the contact details. The guest adds a date of birth and the children, and chooses which parish news to receive. If the email address or the phone number is on another parishioner record, one button tells the parish office.
