Grid, teen session and attendance fixes

New

• Teen email audience. Send to teens and parents under Session parents.
• Attendance notes. Manual Attendance has a note button on each mark, for a reason such as Emailed sick.

Improved

• The family status page says when a step is approved.
• A waived sacrament fee reads Waived, with no balance.
• After a payment, the fee page says Payment Received.
• The Links dialog names the grade and student ID.
• The Step 2 review is an accessible dialog.
• A family member who shares the main contact's email is accepted.

Fixed

• A First Communion Step 2 cell opens the First Communion review.
• Step 1 form dates no longer show one day early.
• The teen roster shows the Wednesday sessions again, and the teen name tag prints only the teen group.
• Nine Confirmation records that showed last year's progress were corrected.
• The sacrament workbook is no longer in the app. Staff handle that work outside it.
