A GLA workspace and clearer progress colors

GLA gets its own workspace. Progress colors move in one direction, and phones can upload HEIC photos.
New
- A GLA workspace beside Kids and Youth, with a roster, name labels, sessions, attendance, groups and communications. GLA students no longer appear in Kids or Youth.
- Change enrollment moves a student into or out of GLA and updates the groups.
- Manual enroll has a gender dropdown and a Not a parishioner option that adds the child as a contact.
- iPhone photos. Forms accept HEIC photos. The phone shrinks each photo before it is saved.
Improved
- Progress colors move forward only: yellow, then blue, then green. Yellow can go straight to green.
- A row you change stays on a filtered grid until you change the filter.
- The tools above the step grid are one row of tabs.
- A First Communion Step 2 opens its own review.
- A denied GLA request no longer waives sacrament fees.
Fixed
- A new child contact shows at once, so the first Not a parishioner enroll works.
- An archived GLA step no longer puts a student on the grid.
