Conference fundraising, give pages and chaperones

Conferences can raise funds, share a give page, approve chaperones and plan rooms.
New
- Fundraising. A conference can have funds and goals that add up to one total. Staff see progress, registrant pages and a donation ledger in a Fundraising tab, and can export it to CSV. Staff choose whether gifts count toward a registrant's balance.
- Give pages. A family gets a public page to share by link or QR code. It shows only the registrant's first name and progress, in English and Spanish.
- Chaperones. A chaperone applies and acknowledges the Safe Environment rules. Clearance comes from the Faith Formation leader records. Staff approve each chaperone.
- Cabin, table and group assignment. Parents can ask to be with, or not with, other people. A planner places everyone and names each conflict it cannot solve. Staff can lock or override a place and publish the result to families.
- Registration. Families choose which family member registers and in what role. A parent who pays sees the child's registration under My registrations.
Fixed
- Discount codes now lower the price. They were ignored before.
- A conference payment now updates the registration.
