More steps and Mass reflections
v1.3.0
Confirmation and First Communion steps move into the app, in English and Spanish. Students can submit a weekly Mass reflection.
New
- More steps in the app, in English and Spanish: Confirmation Steps 5 to 8, and First Communion Steps 4 to 6. First Communion no longer asks for a sponsor.
- New form fields. A single choice field, and a file upload for the Confirmation Step 8 letter. Staff mark the physical letter as received before they approve it.
- First Confession. First Communion Step 4 records the answer.
- Weekly Mass reflection. From Step 5, students submit a reflection each week. Staff approve it or return it with a reason, and can pause reminders for one student.
- GLA roster. A row opens the student record.
Improved
- Approving Step 4 now opens Step 5.
- Parent 2's email comes from the person record, or the page says No email on file.
