Did receive? and Faith Formation fixes

Staff record when a sacrament was received. Several Faith Formation screens are fixed.
New
- Did receive? After a certificate prints, staff record the sacrament on the person and attach the certificate.
- Teen email audience in every workspace.
Improved
- Every Step 1 form dot opens the review of that form. Returned forms show orange.
- Manual Attendance has a visible Note button.
- The Teen roster shows Wednesday columns, and preload can create Wednesday sessions.
Fixed
- A volunteer co-administrator can open Edit Details.
- A group move cannot take a GLA student out of GLA. Use Move session.
